It is our aim at Belle Peake to ensure that you have the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, we place restrictions on certain refunds and exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges are available on products that arrive damaged or if the product shipped does not match the product ordered. You may return purchases up to 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, and in the original undamaged packaging.
Should you wish to return an item please contact us in advance of shipping.
You, the customer is liable for the cost of return postage.
Shipments must be made with a tracking service. Belle Peake cannot accept responsibility for items that are returned using an inadequate method of shipment with no tracking ability.
We are happy to exchange for another item featured in our online shop.
If the price is higher we will invoice you for the difference
& if lower we will refund the difference.
We will refund any items purchased at the price of sale. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn and in the original undamaged packaging.
All refunds exclude postage costs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Should your item arrive damaged or defective, we will send out a replacement.
If your item has arrived damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods to report the damage.
Refund/exchange is subject to our review of the returned product.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke or personalised items.
